Wound Center of Tucson

Wound Center of Tucson

ABOUT US

At the Wound Center of Tucson, we specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of wounds.  Whether your wound is recent or has been present for years, whether it is minor or quite severe, we are confident that we may help you to heal.

By taking a comprehensive approach to wound care, we improve healing by treating metabolic disease, maximizing vascularization, helping patients to quit smoking, and improving mobility.  By taking a compassionate approach to wound care, we develop treatment plans with the ultimate goal for improving your quality of life.

We understand how severe and chronic wounds may affect your personal welfare, and the well-being of your loved ones.  We understand how wounds cause bodily pain, psychological stress, emotional exhaustion, embarrassment, and overwhelming financial burden.  For these reasons, we will always work with you to find the most affordable and most practical treatment plan for your living situation.

We strive to provide convenience.  Our team performs advanced wound care in our Tucson office, nursing homes, long-term acute care hospitals, assisted living centers, and we travel to patient’s homes as well.  The Wound Center of Tucson was founded by Jeff Monash, MD, FACS, CWSP, and we specialize in providing kind-hearted wound care to patients in Tucson, and throughout southern Arizona.

More About How We Can Help

Patient Forms

Please take a moment to fill out patient forms prior to visiting our office to reduce any delay upon your time of visit.

Our Doc

Dr. Jeff Monash directs our wound care center.  He takes a comprehensive approach to patient care, not just wound healing.  His practice of general and vascular surgery brings experience with re-vascularization, trauma, burn management, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

His bariatric surgical experience helps elevate wound care management by focusing on nutrition and metabolic health.  By encouraging mobility, quitting smoking, and long-term dedication to one’s own health, he strives to improve quality of life beyond wound care.

My family enjoys spending time together no matter what we’re doing; local events, table top games, and chasing our girls around the house.
